User identity verification (KYC)

In order to start working in Nebeus platform, it is required to confirm the personal information:

  • Cell phone

  • Passport or ID

  • Residence address


FIRST,

go to the main dashboard and open sidebar. On the sidebar choose 'Settings'.

On a new page choose 'Get Verified'.

CELL PHONE CONFIRMATION

After typing the cell phone number and pressing the button “Send the code”, the code will be sent to your cell phone; this code should be typed in the phone confirmation field.


IDENTITY CONFIRMATION

Upload the scanned copy of your identification document (passport or ID); the photo should be clearly visible and to contain follow data:

  1. Issuing country 

  2. Identity document serial number 

  3. Document issue date 

  4. Gender 

  5. First name 

  6. Last Name 

  7. Date of birth 

  8. Place of birth


Documents should be issued using characters of Latin alphabet or have Latin transliteration of main fields.




RESIDENCE ADDRESS CONFIRMATION

Upload a scanned (clearly visible) copy of your utilities invoice or a bank statement with your name and address. The utilities invoices include invoices for water, gas or electricity issued to your residence address by your services provider.

Documents should be issued using characters of Latin alphabet or have Latin transliteration of main fields and not be older than 3 months;


SELFIE VERIFICATION 

 

Select an option with 'Selfie with identity'. 

From there just fill in your selfie and information. REMEMBER that selfie has to be in high resolution containing your face and your ID at the same time. If ID is not fully visible or too blur, it will not be verified. 


 


Your photos/scans meet the following requirements:

  • Scanned images should be in colour and in high resolution (at least 300 dpi);
  • Allowed formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF or PDF;
  • File size should be no more than 15 MB;

 

During the verification procedure, you can correct your data. To do this, please contact our support team.

The verification procedure usually takes no more than 24 hours. Our compliance department can request additional documents. In case you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
