“We stopped using it only because we were getting too many leads a day,” says Sergei Romanovsky, founder of Nebeus, a U.K. company that provides fiat currency loans backed by crypto currencies. He says they were getting 3,000 leads a day before Kochin had to reconfigure the bot to take a more targeted approach. They averaged around 1,500 after those tweeks. Nebeus was their first commercial client.
“My sales team would normally get 20 or 30 leads a day. That’s good for one person,” he says. “On a scale of one to five, did the Futurology virtual assistants get me good leads? Absolutely a five,” Romanovsky says.
